First of all I congratulate and welcome the budding Pharmacists in our College and their entry in to the world of a noble global career. Pharmaceutical field is evolving day by day and contributing more and more to the wellbeing of the society.Pharmacy is one of the few professions which has shown significant growth rate even in the time of recession.Foundation of Vighnaharata trust`s Shivajirao S. Jondhale College of Pharmacy, Asangaonin 2008 was done with an objective to promote technical and professional education in Pharmacy and not just making of medicines.

The college is housed in Dr. Shivajirao S. Jondhale Knowledge City having 47 Acres of land connected toMumbai - Nasik Highway and walkable distance from Asangaon Railway station. The college has state of art infrastructure including the Administrative office, Well equipped laboratories, Classrooms with Audio-visual facilities, Tutorial rooms, Computer lab, Central instrumentation room, Computer lab, Placement cell, Library, Auditorium and one of its kind Pharmaceutical Museum and herbal medicinal garden.

The designing and planning of labs has been done as per AICTE / PCI New Delhi norms. There are total 13 laboratories for D. Pharmacy and UG levels along with a Central instrumentation room equipped with HPLC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, Spectrofluorimeter, Tablet compression machine, Coating machine, Bottle sealing machine, Double cone Blender etc.The college has an excellent library with more than7000 books and reference books, 8 national journals, 6 international journals, ande-journals.The college has internet facilities for staff and students. The college placement cell conducts campus interviews every year through different pharmaceutical companies.

The college also organizes various co-curricular and social activities which include NSS Camp, health awareness camp, Blood donation camps, street plays etc. The college encourages participation of students in sports and cultural events.

We, 'The Pharmacists', promote health not medicines. At Shivajirao S.
